What is N.N.C.?

N.N.C. stands for NO NONSENSE CONSULTING.   Let’s face it, you can put in hours at the gym and not see results and chances are it’s because of how you fuel your body!   This program helps support you outside of these four walls and is a program designed to teach and hold you accountable for the health decisions you make.  Taking care of your health does not stop the minute you leave FITT.   The facility is actually a small part of the bigger picture.  What you do the other 80% of time will determine whether or not you get the results you desire.

 

Is N.N.C. for me?

Now let’s talk results shall we!  Results are consequences of your actions.  Your actions should reflect your goals.  What types of goals have you set for yourself?  Now be careful here, it’s not enough to just say, “I want to lose weight” or “I want to be in great shape”.  You have to set specific and measurable goals.  The N.N.C. program will do that for you.  We will break your goals down into steps and together we will devise a plan to attain those goals!

 

What does N.N.C. do?

N.N.C. is all about providing you with the tools to change your body!  We will work with you providing a fitness plan and a nutrition plan.  The fitness plan will be designed based on your needs and current program.  You will receive one weight training program per month and a suggested cardio program.  The nutrition plan will provide you with a list of “good for you foods” and depending on your goals, suggested meals per day.  You will NOT be told what to eat, but instead how to eat.  Ever hear the saying, “Feed a man a fish, feed him for a day.  Teach a man how to fish feed him for life!”  Well this is what we want to accomplish with the N.N.C. program.  We want to educate you on you!

 

How does N.N.C. work?

N.N.C. works as an online service with one on one consultation time. One of the great things about N.N.C. is that you can be anywhere and we can still communicate via email and telephone for your consultation.
